A Flight to Seek

"Come fly with me" said one, and away it flew after looking up at me for a brief moment. Admiring the beauty of his fluid flight, I looked at his partner. She sat there, perched atop a tree that looked barely alive.
Moonlight made her snowy wings glisten and she looked divine and beautiful. I had this urge of tending to her. Perhaps cuddle her, pet her, feed them both daily. But the food for the owls are best left for them to seek for no one can see their prey better than the owl himself. The silent navigator through the mysteries of great nights, an owl is the silent achiever. "He is usually that brief, I apologise. Do come, dear, fly with us, great heights can be scaled should you so choose! Through nights alone can you dwell in the glory of a dawn! Seek within yourself. You know what you seek, now, don't you honey?"
She kept looking at me for many minutes before she followed the first owl and flew away.
Do I know what I seek?
I kept wondering.
I seek what we all seek: food, clothes, a job, a family etc. Isn't this what we all need?

Need... A tricky word.
How do we ascertain what we need? More than often we presume that something we want is something we need.

What do we need?

I don't know, I realised. Perhaps I should fly through the night and search...

Just like the moon

Today again the wise spoke. They spoke of some phases of life and how to see them in their truth.

Is it doubt or is it grief?
Is it pain prolonged or brief?
Is it a void perhaps you are in?
Do you doubt if you'd ever win?
Each thought that drops like ink black on your parchment, spreads like ink in water plain.
Spreads, it spreads and make you think on lonely nights. These thoughts drain.
These thoughts, they make you wonder. "What is going on?" You ask your self. "Why am I sad, why do I feel hopeless?
Is there an end to this tunnel seemingly endless?"
These questions are varied and yet the same. Yet all are justified.
But remember, what ever it is you feel, is a symptom waiting to be identified.
A symptom, or shall we say, an indicator. Identify it and you shall see;
what stage of life it is you are in, what all you could be.

To begin, let's talk of phases... I talk of only a few.
Preparation, perseverance, execution and then success, new.

While we prepare, many things we could feel. Often we feel PULLED DOWN, that dragging sensation of 'nothing is right, bit what IS wrong?' where it gets difficult to figure why sadness persists like some gloomy cloud following us. Often there is STAGNATION: time ticks by yet we feel stuck like a dead log sticking by a boulder as the rest of the world as we know it, speeds past like a river. It is then seems as if we in particular, are out of sync with our purpose. At times it is an indicator we are. But, the realisation that we are out of sync with our purpose is in fact a vital part of preparing.

Phase of preparation is a rather trying phase and one that affects all spheres of our life and existence: physical, emotional, mental etc etc etc.

What should we do in this phase?

Well, if you feel any of the symptoms that resonate with this phase (and I haven't actually listed all the symptoms, it is for you yourself to read and figure) then instead of feeling pulled down or worthless or lost, ACKNOWLEDGE! make peace with where you are right now in life. Once you have acknowledged, try figure what exactly is your symptom telling you. Is it telling you that you are in the wrong profession? Is it telling you that you are in a relationship that is draining you? Or is it telling you that you have a purpose that your people don't really understand and is causing loneliness? Are your choices being manipulated by certain determinants that you don't know how to handle?
The phase of preparation is like 'pain'. Just as our physical body tells us to focus on that broken bone by causing pain, so does our higher self manifest as emotional imbalances to encourage us to seek. It is that straight forward. But just as an infant knows only one reaction to pain: cry and cry more, similarly we react the way we do in response to our emotional trauma. It isn't wrong, it is simply underdeveloped.

Now I shall let you wonder where you stand. Read again and one more time. Perhaps you would find what you seek!

Else, contact me and we can discuss.

The other phases shall be discussed later. For now , I want those of you who do resonate with this information, to take a shower, drink some tea, lie down and wonder...

Love,
Iyah

Liberation

To dwell or not to, is that the question?

Often answers are knows but rendered obscured by a whining heart, in shrieks painful, lost, muffled.
Pain can be treacherous and vile. Depending upon what chord it touches, it can make a prodigy or make one blind. It is a weapon. Powerful. But swords cut unwary of who wields them. Be careful with the sword you wield!

To dwell or not to, in any situation, in any state, you would know, should you choose to be free from hurt, grief, pain, doubts and their kin, which often dwell with us like ghosts, unknown and unheard, and often as parasites, draining us through and through.

You don't have to resist anything.
In fact, you have to do quite the opposite: surrender.
Yes. Surrender. Surrender to the change. It may be difficult. It may be painful. But once you do surrender, you are liberated, and a liberated mind has tremendous potential. A liberated mind is an eagle with the sight and wings anyone would envy.

Not all wars are won by being unbent and broken, especially when they are being waged within you self. You see, who is at loss if you kill your self? Could you declare a victor in such a war?

Be free, friends, allow the universe to lead you!

Peace and guidance to you.
